Thirteenth District

Born and raised in Orange County, California, James grew up in a family that honored its colonial American heritage, particularly from the Wing family. His maternal grandfather had a large binder of Owls and would tell him about the Wing Fort House. In 2023, he first visited the Wing Fort House and was deeply inspired by the home and other family connections in New England. When not working, James enjoys traveling, playing games, and photographing wildlife (mostly birds). James is married to his wonderful wife and travel partner, Courtney.
